Did you know that dolls are much more than just toys?
For centuries, dolls have been used to help comfort, stimulate and teach young girls.
Plus, when a girl plays with a doll that resembles her ethnicity and culture, it helps her to develop a strong sense of identity and self-esteem.
That’s why educator Mary Eubanks launched Children of America Dolls in 2007: to give girls from all walks of life dolls that they can love and relate to. She felt that the dolls should not only celebrate the diversity of America, but they should also be beautiful, durable and affordable.
